Crossfit WOD

I’m sorry I forgot to do get pictures from earlier in the week. I did get 4 days of Crossfit in so far this week but because of Canada Day on Tuesday, and the extra long weekend it felt like an odd week and I didn’t remember to document my workout for a post. 

Todays workout was gruelling – we did a warmup run, then some marching glut bridges, lunges and squats. We did 5 sets of 5 back squats and I ended up at 145lbs and then out of time to see how heavy I could go. I feel like I could have gone up to 20lbs higher for a 1 RM. I’m not sure why it was so gruelling, it doesn’t look that bad in retrospect…maybe it was because we had done squats before hand and a lot of leg warmups. 

WOD

AMRAP – 14 minutes (I got 5 rounds in)

100 meter run

15 Kettlebell Swings (35lbs)

10 pullups (I did ring rows today)

5 burpees

I can’t remember what I wore for Sunday, Monday and Tuesday but today I wore my Bruised Berry Inner Heart Bra, Savasana Camo Cool Racerback and my black Roll Down Wunder Unders.
